| IndianOil’s Director (HR) receives 'Pride of HR Profession Award’

Mr. V. C. Agrawal, Director (HR), IndianOil, has been conferred with the prestigious ‘Pride of HR Profession Award’, under the Global HR Excellence Awards, at the recent Asia Pacific HRM Congress-2009 at Bengaluru held on September 19, 2009. The award recognises Mr. Agrawal’s leadership and contribution in the field of Human Resources, and his proactive role of leading change in IndianOil.
The eminent HR dignitaries on the board of Asia Pacific HRM Congress acknowledged Mr. Agrawal’s work that includes aiding IndianOil evolve as a learning and knowledge-centric organisation, facilitating the alignment of employee goals with its Corporate Vision, among other significant contributions. The Congress took a special note of the open and transparent communication channels within IndianOil that has a strength of over 34,000 employees working in every nook & corner of India.
