His empathetic leadership has cemented IndianOil's reputation as a Company committed to rising above business priorities to enrich the lives of communities and marginalised sections through well-crafted social outreaches across multiple areas, including sports, healthcare, education, women empowerment, and heritage conservation.

A similar initiative 'Smile for Juvenile,' was launched in 2023 for rehabilitating young inmates in Juvenile Correctional Homes. His passion for sports met his relentless pursuit of gender equity when IndianOil emerged as the first corporate to sponsor the Indian Women's Hockey team, among the other initiatives to empower young, talented girls in the arena of sports.
