In an effort to tap alternate revenue streams and to provide convenience to the customers visiting the IndianOil Petrol Pumps for refueling, IndianOil is focused on enhancing its non-fuel revenues (NFR) through space available at the retail outlets. Based on the tyrefall study, IndianOil has mapped petrol pumps with various themes and also assessed their potential. IndianOil is in continuous process of identifying potential alliance partner for running the suitable NFR themes at the site. The NFR model developed will provide for sharing of revenue streams with the dealer network. In its endeavor to enhance customer convenience at Retail Outlets, IndianOil has already made tie-ups with various renowned brands, few of which are Bikanervala, Café Coffee Day, Wagh Bakri Tea, ICICI Bank, SBI Bank, Exide Batteries, JK Tyres etc.,

For the benefit of its LPG cooking gas customers, IndianOil is promoting fuel-efficient, safe & quality products through its Indane distributorships. For undertaking this non-fuel business activity, IndianOil has signed agreements with reputed companies and brands, allowing them to market their products through its countrywide network of Indane distributorships. Some of the hugely successful products being currently sold through the Indane distributorships are Suraksha LPG hoses, LPG stoves, flame-retardant Suraksha kitchen aprons, flame-type LP gas lighters, domestic LPG cylinder trolleys, kitchenware, etc.
