Mr. Shrikant Madhav Vaidya is a Chemical Engineer from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He has over 36 years of extensive experience in refining & petrochemical operations. He has had a decade-long association with India's largest cracker plant - the Panipat Naphtha Cracker Complex, a major driver of IndianOil's petrochemicals business - right from the drawing board stage. He is among the select technocrats in the Indian oil & gas industry who are proficient in all facets of refinery-petrochemicals integration, desirable for the sustainability of the oil & gas industry in the long-term.
Mr. Vaidya is also a Non-Executive Chairman on the Board of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (a Subsidiary of IndianOil), Ratnagiri Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd (a Joint Venture of IndianOil). Senthil Kumar, is an Electronics and Communication Engineer with over three decades of versatile experience in the operations & maintenance of IndianOil’s countrywide network of oil & gas pipelines. Before joining the IndianOil Board as Director (Pipelines), he was heading the Operations function at Pipelines Division Head Office.
Shri Senthil has a vast and rich experience and has played a pivotal role in using technology to boost security systems in pipelines and conceptualization of Central Pipeline Information Management Systems (CPIMS) with backbone alternate communication system.
Shri Senthil also played a vital role in pilot testing of drag reducing agents (innovated by IndianOil R&D) in LPG pipelines for the first time.
Shri Senthil is also on the Board of two Joint Venture Companies viz. IHB Ltd. (a JV of IndianOil, HPCL & BPCL) and Indradhanush Gas Grid Ltd., (a JV of IndianOil, ONGC, GAIL, OIL & NRL). IHB Ltd. is implementing the world’s longest LPG pipeline project from Kandla (Gujarat) to Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh). Indradhanush Gas Grid Ltd. is implementing Natural Gas Pipeline projects connecting the states in North East India.
Shri Sujoy Choudhury is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA (Finance) from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He possesses more than three decades of rich experience across various functions of Oil Industry like Engineering, Retail Sales and Petrochemicals (Marketing).
Before his elevation as Director (P&BD), Shri Sujoy Choudhury was heading IndianOil’s Punjab State office wherein he was in-charge of all petroleum activities in the States of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, and in the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and Chandigarh. He has been instrumental in strengthening the Oil infrastructure of the State / UT’s, introduction of Winter Grade Diesel for high altitude areas, development of specialized lubricants for FMCG industry, introduction of geotextiles and steel concrete composite structures for construction in hilly terrains, etc.
He is also a Non-Executive Chairman on the Board of Lanka IOC PLC (subsidiary of IndianOil in Srilanka), IndianOil Total Pvt. Ltd., IOT Biogas Pvt. Ltd. and CII Northern Regional Committee on Energy. Mr. Satish is non-executive Chairman of Green Gas Ltd., which is engaged in City Gas Distribution (CGD) business in 4 Geographical Areas (GAs); IndianOil-Adani Gas Pvt. Ltd., which is engaged in CGD business in 19 GAs; IndianOil Total Pvt. Ltd., which is engaged in Bitumen Derivative business; IOT Biogas Pvt. Ltd., which is engaged in biofuel business; IHB Pvt. Ltd. which is engaged in implementing the prestigious Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG pipeline Project. Besides, he is a Director on the Board of IndOil Montney Ltd., Canada, which is handling IndianOil’s upstream business in Canada.
Mr. Satish had earlier been the non-executive Chairman of IndianOil LNG Pvt. Ltd., which is operating an LNG Import Terminal near Chennai, besides having being IndianOil’s nominee Director on the Boards of Petronet LNG Ltd., which operates the LNG Import Terminals at Kochi & Dahej; and GSPL India Gasnet Ltd. & GSPL India Transco Ltd., which are implementing cross-country natural gas pipelines in India.
Dr. S. S. V. Ramakumar is a Ph.D in Chemistry from IIT Roorkee (erstwhile University of Roorkee). He has more than three decades of experience in research and development and downstream hydrocarbon sector notably in the areas of Refinery process research streams, Automotive Lubricants, Nano-technology Research, Technology promotion & forecasting, Tribology etc. He has authored the IndianOil R&D journey book ‘Inventing the Future’ and has over 95 research publications in national and international journals.
Shri Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra is a Mechanical Engineer from BITS, Pilani and a Post-Graduate in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. Shri Mohapatra has over three decades of experience in the petroleum industry and has handled various assignments in the Marketing Division of the Company including Terminal Operations, Supply Chain Management & Logistics. Shri Mohapatra was also one of the chief architects of the auto-fuel quality (BS-III/BS-IV) upgradation programmes of Oil Companies in India.
Shri Mohapatra has presented several papers in national and international forums and has also published articles in international journals.
Shri Gurmeet Singh is a Mechanical Engineer from Punjab University. Shri Singh has over 3 decades of wide and rich experience in petroleum business in various geographies including head of Engineering & Projects and head of Rajasthan State Office. Prior to assuming charge as Director (Marketing), he was Executive Director(LPG), Marketing Division. As Head of Business Vertical of LPG, Shri Singh spearheaded all activities related to LPG business in entire India. He was instrumental in taking forward several LPG business initiatives with key ones like the PMUY which has been highly acclaimed nationally and internationally for its mammoth reach and impact. Shri Singh has widely travelled and has been part of several national and international energy related projects and events such as CERAweek, World LPG Conference, etc. Shri Singh is also the Non-Executive Chairman of IOC Middle East FZE as well as IndianOil (Mauritius) Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of IndianOil.
Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta is a Commerce Graduate & a Chartered Accountant. He has more than 3 decades of rich work experience in finance function in IndianOil acquired during his posting at various Refinery units, Refineries Headquarters and Corporate Office which includes corporate accounts, planning & analysis, treasury functions, financial concurrence, risk management, etc. Prior to joining as Director (Finance), he was the Executive Director (Corporate Finance) wherein he spearheaded several stakeholder-friendly initiatives like the maiden Buyback of Shares, first Integrated Annual Report, transition to IndAS, etc.

Ms. Indrani Kaushal is an IES Officer (1995). Presently, she is Economic Adviser, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India (MoP&NG). Ms.Kaushal holds Masters in Governance & Development from U.K., Global Think Tank – The Institute of Development Studies and Masters from Delhi School of Economics. Ms. lndrani Kaushal is also a Government Nominee Director on the Board of Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Limited.
Mr. Rajendra Arlekar, aged 65 years is a Graduate in Commerce from MES College, Vasco Da Gama. Shri Arlekar has a very successful public life and has been actively engaged in social, educational and cultural activities throughout the State of Goa. He was a Cabinet Minister in the Govt. of Goa and a former Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly. He was also the Chairman of Goa Industrial Development Corporation.

Dr. Ashutosh Pant is a B.Tech in Computers from Thompson River University, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, M. Tech in Information Technology from Allahabad and Ph.D in Skill Development.

Dr. Sirpurker retired as a Professor of Shalya (Ayurveda) from S. V. Medical College (UHS), Tirupati. He has 25 years of teaching experience in the department of Shalya, and he is a profound practitioner of Ksharasutra. He has published many articles on Shalya in national and international journals of repute. He is recognized as all India expert in the Ksharasutra technique. He has also been awarded a degree in D.Sc by the Sri Lanka Open University. Dr. Sirpurker has many research papers to his credit.
Shri Prasenjit Biswas is a M.Sc. (Forestry) from FRI Deemed University, Dehradun and is an Indian Forest Services Officer of 1993 batch. He retired from the Indian Forest Service in 2018. He is currently the General Secretary & CEO of Indian Red Cross Society, Tripura State Branch and Member-Executive Committee of the National Bamboo Mission under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmer Welfare, GoI, New Delhi.
He has more than 36 years of experience in managing natural & wildlife resources including amelioration of people belonging to the marginalized section of society and their empowerment & skill, drafting policies of the State Government; management of Wildlife resources; issues related to climate change, IT & GIS based technologies; etc. He has handled various important assignments in the Government of Tripura.
Shri Sudipta Kumar Ray is a Law Graduate and Masters in Public Administration from Utkal University. He is currently a practicing advocate in the area of Corporate Law, Securities Law and Economic Law.
Shri Ray has vast experience in the field of Public Distribution System and National Food Security Schemes. Dr. Singh has more than 4 decades of rich academic experience wherein he has held key positions like Head of Maithili Department, PG Centre, Saharsa and Principal, H.S. College Udakishunganj, Madhepura. He retired as a Professor (Maithili department) from Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Saharsa, Bihar.

Shri Anant Kumar Singh is an IPS officer of 1994-batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre in the rank of Additional Director General (ADG). Prior to joining as Director (Marketing), he was heading the marketing network in the States of Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh as Executive Director and State Head, Madhya Pradesh State Office. Shri Satish Kumar is also the Non – Executive Chairman of IndianOil (Mauritius) Ltd. (Wholly owned subsidiary of IndianOil) and IndianOil Petronas Private Ltd. (IPPL), a Joint Venture of IndianOil and Petronas, Malaysia. Shri D. S. Nanaware is a Mechanical Engineer. Shri Nanaware has over 3 decades of rich and varied experience in conceptualisation & design, construction, operations & maintenance, engineering & project management consultancy across the hydrocarbon pipelines industry.
Prior to assuming charge as Director (Pipelines), he was Executive Director (Projects) of IndianOil’s Pipelines Division. During his career, he was instrumental in the successful implementation (conceptualisation to commissioning) of challenging pipeline projects (natural gas pipelines, crude oil pipelines & product pipelines) across various geographies.
Shri Nanaware is a keen proponent for ushering a gas-based economy in the country and has played a key role in the formation of two JV companies viz. GSPL India Gasnet Limited and GSPL India Transco Limited, promoted by Gujarat State Petronet Ltd., IndianOil, BPCL & HPCL, to create pan India gas pipelines infrastructure.

Ms. Mistry has extensive experience in execution of various green-field and brown-field projects in the refineries. Before her elevation as Director (Refineries), she was heading the Barauni Refinery in Bihar where she was instrumental in successful rolling-out of BS-VI grade fuels and Ethanol blended MS.
Ms. Mistry is also a Non-Executive Chairperson on the Board of Cauvery Basin Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd. and Non-Executive Director on the Board of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited & Ratnagiri Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited (Joint Ventures of IndianOil). Ms. Mistry has won many awards notably ET Prime Women Manufacturing & Operational Leadership Award (2021), SCOPE Award for Outstanding Woman Manager (2016-17), Petrotech Ojaswini Award (2016) and Petrofed Best Woman Executive Award (2009).
