IndianOil has been the pioneer in customer service and in yet another endeavor to further improve customer service, it has launched refill booking through Internet, SMS and IVRS Mr S.S. Bapat, General Manager, IndianOil, Delhi & Haryana State Office inaugurated and launched for the first time in the country, the integrated Indane Refill Booking System through the Internet /SMS/Integrated Voice Recording System (IVRS) for all the Indane Distributors in Delhi. He also launched the Surakha apron, which is made of fire retardant material and are available at all the distributors' showrooms. In his address, Mr. SS Bapat said that Indane booking facility through all three platforms: Internet, SMS and IVRS have been made available in Delhi through all 192 distributors. He added that this will facilitate all the Indane customers residing in Delhi to book their refills on internet, on mobile and through land-line/other phones from IVRS on a 24x7 basis in addition to the normal telephone booking. The customers need not wait to book their refills only on telephone. Now, Indane refill booking through SMS is on your fingertips. You just have to type a SMS writing IndianOil (space) Phone No. of your distributor with STD Code (space) Your Consumer No and then send it to your respective service provider (56789 for Vodafone, 56465 for Airtel and 52626 for all other operators). Incase of IVRS all the customers have to just dial the IVRS Numbers as per your service providers and follow the instructions (1260 from MTNL, 011-2561-1260 or 011-2561-1031 from any other landline and Mobile). In addition, incase you want to book your refill through the Internet log on to http://www.tomogas.com/iocl and follow the steps. Through this system, you can also lodge your complaints regarding leakage or any other complaint.
