IndianOil inks MoU with Mahindra & Mahindra for service stations at ROs

IndianOil signed a MoU with Mahindra & Mahindra for setting up of service stations at Corporation's retail outlets for the servicing and repair of Mahindra vehicles. The workshop shall be launched initially at seven locations and be scaled up subsequently to a pan-India level.
Apart from serving as a customer convenience, this initiative is expected to create value for all the stakeholders including customers, dealers, alliance partner (Mahindra & Mahindra) and the Corporation.
Speaking on occasion, Mr. Indrajit Bose, ED (RS) reassured the long standing business relationship with the Mahindra Group and stressed on an urgent need to sense the pulse of market and customise the service and product portfolios accordingly.
He reiterated that such initiatives will go a long way in further cementing our relationship with the Mahindra Group in other business verticals like agro-business, tractors, that are potentially lucrative business propositions through IndianOil’s extensive network of Kisan Sewa Kendras.
The agreement was signed by Mr. M. D. Kumar, GM (Retail Development), Marketing HO and Mr. Vijay Nakra, Sr. Vice President (Sales and Customer Care), Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra at Marketing Head Office in the presence of Mr. Indrajit Bose, Executive Director (Retail Sales), Mr. K. L. Murthy, Executive Director (Lubes), Mr. Anirban Ghosh, DGM (RS), Marketing HO and other senior dignitaries.
