IndianOil has been pioneering the introduction of modern technological tools in its day-to-day working, the latest being a comprehensive mobile app for retail customers. Aptly named, Fuel@IOC, this app is designed to offer the following facilities on-the-move to retail customers.
• Locating IndianOil Fuel Stations on GPS Map (Radius of 10 Kms). It also provides direction to the retail outlet. The retail outlets beyond the radius of vicinity of the mobile can also be searched by long-pressing any area on the map.
• Checking the Services available at the selected IndianOil Fuel Station like:
o Acceptance of Credit Cards, XtraRewards and Xtrapower
o Products available
o Retail Selling Price
o Dealer Name & Contact Number
o Separate Restrooms for ladies
o Non-fuel facilities
• Allowing customers to rate the service at any IndianOil Fuel Station and provide feedback on the retail outlet – the cleanliness, courtesy of staff etc.
• Safe Driving Tips & Vehicle Checks
This information will help us to be more closely associated to every need of the customer in a dynamic market scenario, as well as facilitate quick response to customer issues.
Going forward, customers would be able to access information on XtraRewards accounts as well as on Sales Promotions being run at any IndianOil Retail outlet and also lodge feedback specific to an RO.
