Aimed at empowering young women in athletics through Partnering with National Sports Development Fund (NSDF) and fostering success on national and international platforms. As on date, 30 girls are a part of this programme.

- Sheetal Devi, world’s first female para-archer, was welcomed in the IndianOil family on World Disability Day 2023. Induction of Sheetal Devi is a testament of IndianOil’s passion towards empowering sports in India through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Sheetal is the reigning World no. 1 in Para Archery and the first Indian to get the World Archery Award for Best Female Para Archer of the year 2023.

- Road to Paralympics 2024- IndianOil collaborated with Paralympics Committee of India (PCI) to support and uplift Para Athletes on their journey towards excellence in three significant events - Asian Para Games 2022 (111 medals), World Para Shooting Championships (16 Medals) and Paralympic Games 2024 (29 Medals).
