IndianOil ties up with HUL for Kwality Walls Kiosks at Petrol Stations

IndianOil and Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(HUL) signed an MoU here today for setting up Kwality Walls Kiosks at select IndianOil petrol stations across the country. The MoU was signed by Mr. K.R.Suresh Kumar, General Manager(Retail Sales), IndianOil and Mr. Sailesh Venkatesh, Country Head, Ice Cream, HUL in the presence of senior executives from HUL and IndianOil. The MoU will entail the setting up of mobile kiosks vending a range of Kwality Walls products like ice creams and frozen desserts for the benefit of customers driving into IndianOil petrol stations. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. K.R.Suresh Kumar, GM(Retail Sales), IndianOil said, "Our aim is to make the IndianOil petrol station as a one-stop shop offering a wide range of customer conveniences that go beyond the traditional petroleum products and services. With the addition of Kwality Walls our bouquet of non fuel offerings will be further enhanced," he said. Mr. Sailesh Venkatesan, Category Head, Ice-cream – HUL, said, "Kwality Wall's has always been the leader in impulse ice-cream category and with the alliance with IndianOil will help us further our availability at convenient locations in select cities. This is an important step towards bringing our brand closer to consumers by giving them an opportunity to buy and consume our products while they take their family pit stop.
