IiPM announces a programme on Mentoring

IiPM has announced a programme on developing Mentoring Skills, scheduled on August 13 and 14, 2007. Mr. G. Uday Kumar, Core Mind, Chennai, who has impressive credentials of imparting training on mentoring skills to executives from top 20 corporate houses in India, has been engaged as a lead faculty for this programme. Senior IOCians in Grade ‘F’ and above are eligible to participate in this programme. Nominations have been sought from all Divisions. Nominations of some select mentors, who had undergone the awareness programme conducted in November 2006 and February 2007, have also been sought from Divisions for a refresher course. IiPM has also requested Divisional Heads to spare some time during the tenure of the training to interact with the faculty and participants. The last date for sending nominations is August 06, 2007.
