Director (Human Resources) visits Panipat Refinery

Mr. V.C.Agrawal, Director (HR), and Mr. Sudhir Bhalla, ED (HR), Refinery HQ, recently visited Panipat Refinery. A technical presentation highlighting the activities and progress of Panipat Refinery since last nine years was outlined in the conference room in presence of other senior officials. Later they visited the <b>Time Office, Employee Care Centre & TPM Kendra</b> and in the plant area, <b>Control Rooms of PRE, Power Plant, PTA Plant</b> including the <b>PTA Bagging Area, Marketing & Pipeline Installations</b> and interacted with the IOCians. They also planted saplings in the Administrative Building area. During the open house session with the IndianOilPeople, Mr. Agrawal addressed and complimented everybody for the successful commissioning of expansion project (PREP) from 6 MMTPA to 12 MMTPA and the PTA complex. He mentioned that,” Panipat Refinery has met the expectations of creating a competitive & benchmarked facility and stressed on the need to sustain this model in the future projects. The successive projects that have come up at Panipat Refinery are a proof of the success achieved at this place.” Mr. Agrawal also replied to the queries, the IOCians rose, on stock options, shortage of accommodation in the township, less promotions among officers & disparity in PIS payment under e-PMS. He later on laid the foundation stone for the 60 ‘B’ type and 12 ‘C’ type quarters in the township and met the Executive Committee members of Panipat Refinery Employees' Union and Officers' Association.
