IiPM announces “THE CUTTING EDGE” for Junior Executives

IiPM announces “THE CUTTING EDGE”, the second General Management Programme (GMP) for the year 2007- 08. The program starts from August 27, 2007 and duration is for 6 weeks. Officers in grades "C" and "D" are entitled to participate in the program. The participants will undergo an Outbound Experiential Learning (OEL) module on Team Building & Leadership and field visits to any Refinery, R&D Centre and other industries as a part of the program. The core faculty for the General Management modules, for this program, will be sourced from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. The objectives of the program are to help participants understand various business processes, develop an inter-disciplinary perspective and competitive capabilities, create commitment for achieving customer delight and organisational goals. The general management modules in the programme will cover Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting, Corporate Finance, Operations Management and Business Statistics, Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Microeconomic Environment, Behavioural Science, Project Management, Information Technology, Financial Markets, Strategic HRM, Communication & Presentation skills etc. In addition to general management module, Petroleum Module by our internal expert faculty will be conducted. IiPM seeks nominations from Divisional HR Heads for this program. The last date of receiving nomination is August 09, 2007.
