Panipat Refinery’s Training Initiatives towards Excellence

The Training Department at Panipat Refinery organised a workshop on “Strategic Leadership towards Excellence” for two days to instil visionary leadership and strategic thinking process amongst HODs on August 02 and 03, 2007. The Faculty for the program was Prof. (Dr.) Ajit Prasad and Dr. S.Roy Choudhary from IMI-Delhi. Mr. C.Manoharan (ED), Panipat Refinery, Mr. Ashwani Sharma, GM (TS), Mr. S.N.Choudhary, GM (PJ), Mr. K.C.Swain, GM (T), Ms. Madhu Bala Nangia, GM (Finance), and Mr. Verghese Cherian, DGM (HR), presence during the program further enriched and enhanced the effectiveness of workshop. Another program on “Domestic Enquiry” was organised for two days on August 09. This was mainly for identified group of officers who may require acting either as Enquiry Officer or Presenting Officer in future. The Faculty for the program was Mr. M.R.Gera. With a view to align thinking of all TPM circle leaders, a two days’ program on “TPM Facilitators Course” was organised through CII’s TPM Club of India on August 13 and 14, 2007 at Panipat Refinery. The participants found the workshops very interesting & informative.
