Sadbhavana Diwas observed at Haldia Refinery

The Sadbhavana Diwas was commemorated at Haldia Refinery on August 20, 2007, to observe the birth anniversary of late Mr. Rajiv Gandhi, former Prime Minister of India. Mr. Rajkumar Ghosh, (ED), Haldia Refinery, administered the pledge in English while Mr. M Vijaywargiya, GM (Projects), administered the pledge in Hindi and Mr. K C Dutta, GM (TS), administered the pledge in Bengali. IOCians participated in large numbers and pledged themselves to promote national integration and communal harmony among people of all regions, castes, languages and religions and resolved to resort to non-violent mode of dialogue and constitutional means for resolving differences. The employees in the plant area took their pledges through their respective sectional heads.
