Mr Amresh Kapoor, Executive Director(Regional Services), Northern Region started Swachchh Bharat Mission at NRO. A large number of employees joined on the ongoing all-India Swacch Bharat Abhiyan on the occasion of 150th Birth Anniversary of the Father of Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. After paying tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and taking oath of cleanliness, the employees planted sapling in the office premises and cleaned the adjoining public areas outside the office complex.

On this historic occasion, Mr Kapoor addressed the employee and appealed them to come forward and join the mission to keep office premises and surrounding area clean. He also suggested that each one should inculcate the habit of cleanliness in them and it should be a part of daily routine. This habit should be inculcated in children as well and they should not think that cleaning is menial job and everyone should contribute in keeping the Country clean.
