When on a lonely stretch on NH-4 between Chittoor and Vellora (border of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu) the clutch of the new SUV driven by an elderly couple failed, there was very little chance of any help at hand. Imagine their surprise and great relief when practically out of nowhere, in the wilderness, they chanced upon a beautiful petrol pump on the highway and met up with a perfect gentleman who offered them the much needed cup of tea and help for restoring their vehicle.
