The valuable inputs from the IndianOil family members were of immense help in developing the vision, which had inspired and guided us in making sincere efforts towards achieving goals which all of us believed in. We have since then, made good progress in several areas like Petrochemicals, Gas and Bio-fuels as well as in ensuring sustainable development. It is now time for us to collectively brainstorm again and re-craft our vision in view of the dynamically changing environment. Boston Consulting Group (BCG) will facilitate this exercise. In this connection, we wanted to connect with you to get your valuable inputs in developing a vision, which will enable our organisation to come out as a winner in next decade and beyond.
