According to B20 standards includes blends below 20 per cent bio-diesel, such as the 2 per cent bio-diesel blends that are common these days. Evaluation tests The vehicles (Scorpio and Bolero) that were launched earlier, are undergoing evaluation tests for one lakh km, in order to make them locally and globally competitive; they have been run in real world environment that has involved severe and demanding terrain, including hot and cold weather operations at high altitudes. The company will take a call on the final launch of the models after the tests are over. The vehicles are the outcome of the two projects undertaken by the company for its bio-diesel programme.
