IndianOil Financial Performance 9M 2024-25 (Standalone)

IndianOil reported Revenue from Operations of ₹6,27,787 crores for 9M 24-25 as compared to ₹6,46,470 crores in corresponding period of previous financial year. The Net Profit for the nine months ended 31st December 2024 is ₹5,697 crores as compared to ₹34,781 crores during the corresponding period mainly on inventory losses, reduced refining margins affected by lower cracks in line with the international trends and increased exchange losses during the current period.

The Revenue from Operations of IndianOil is ₹2,16,649 crores in Q3 24-25 as compared to ₹1,95,149 crores in the previous quarter Q2 24-25, an increase by 11%. The Net Profit in Q3 24-25 is ₹2,874 crores as compared to ₹180 crores in the Q2 24-25 on account of better refining and marketing margins during the current quarter.

IndianOil sold 74.347 million tonnes of total products, including exports, during 9M 24-25 registering an increase of 3% over corresponding period. Our refining throughput is 53.016 million tonnes and the throughput of the Corporation’s countrywide pipelines network was 74.700 million tonnes during the period. The gross refining margin (GRM) during the period April – December 2024 was US$ 3.69 per bbl as compared to US$ 13.26 per bbl in the corresponding period of previous financial year.

For Q3 24-25, IndianOil's total sales volumes, including exports, was 26.134 million tonnes which is the highest ever achieved by the company in any quarter and registered an increase by 14% from Q2 24-25. Out of the total sales, volume of petroleum products has increased by 13%, volume of petrochemical products has increased by 17% and volume of gas sales has increased by 11% over previous quarter. The refining throughput is 18.110 million tonnes in Q3 24-25 increased by 8% from previous quarter and the throughput of the Corporation’s countrywide pipelines network is 24.904 million tonnes during the quarter an increase by 4% from previous quarter.
