IOCians attend a workshop on ‘Management of Time’ at Panipat Refinery

The Training department at Panipat Refinery organised a workshop on ‘Management of Time’ at the Naphtha Cracker site during June 26 - 27, 2007. Mr. Ashwani Sharma, GM (Technical Services), Panipat Refinery, inaugurated the workshop. Twenty five officers from various disciplines participated in the interesting and informative workshop. Prof. Binay Kumar, former Director (Personnel), NHPC, and Dr. Umesh Sharma, President (SAMVEDNA), were the lead faculties. They touched upon the causes of stress and the approaches available in managing stress, besides sharing various tips on judicious use of time. Mr. K.C.Swain, GM (Technical), Panipat Refinery, chaired the concluding session of the workshop. Mr. S.N.Choudhary, GM (Projects), Panipat Refinery, and Ms. Madhu Bala Nangia, GM (Finance), Panipat Refinery, were also present and shared their thoughts on this occasion.
